MA in Counseling

The mission of the MA Counseling programs is to enhance the intellectual, cultural, social and ethical development of graduate students. To this end the program emphasizes integration of theory, research and practice. The Counseling and Human Development program prepares counseling professionals to serve diverse communities and individuals in a variety of human service settings (i.e. school, higher education, community and rehabilitation).

The Edinboro University of PA Counseling Programs provide courses of study leading to a Master of Arts degree in Counseling with emphases in school counseling (elementary and secondary), college counseling, rehabilitation counseling and community counseling. School counseling, college counseling, and community counseling are all CACREP accredited. Rehabilitation counseling is CORE accredited.
