The Superintendent Program provides the opportunity for a graduate student to obtain the Letter of Eligibility (LOE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a superintendent, assistant superintendent or Intermediate Executive Director. The coursework and field-based experiences prepare the candidate to promote the success of all students by becoming a district level leader within the K-12 school system at the Superintendent or Executive Intermediate Unit level. “Leadership for Student Achievement” is the common thread throughout the program. Successful completion of the program and achievement of the qualifying score on the School Superintendent Assessment (SSA) will lead to recommendation for the Letter of Eligibility in Pennsylvania.
